What I’m guessing this writer perhaps meant was “feat.” Remember:
- A “feat” is an accomplishment or deed well done.
- “Feet” are the appendages attached to the base of one’s legs.
A helpful tip: the word “defeat” is the opposite of “feat.” Now, if you’re writing “defeet” and not talking about some sort of amputation, I can’t help you.
